Hi guys, so welcome back to my blog. So today I showed you guys how to build a sundial. This slide show shows my journey doing this experiment. To be honest I thought that it would take a long time to build it but really it took about 10 minutes to do the whole thing. Also it is very easy to make it so I recommend to try this out. I hope you try this out and I hope you have fun making it. Thank you NANO GIRL!

The sighting of the mermaid

The sighting of the mermaid

My Uncle is a sailor. Like pretty much a real life Pirate. He doesn’t have a house, or a car, or even a job. He lives on his boat, sleeps on his boat, and travels on his boat. He doesn’t need a job because he catches his food from the sea. Sometimes he does need to trade some of his catch for various supplies to keep his boat afloat, but most of the time he just sails around on the water living his best life.

One time he took me out on his ship. We sailed right up North along the East coast. One night we were sitting up late fishing off the boat when we heard this beautiful singing. It sounded like an angel. We looked out to see and there she was, sitting out on a rock singing up to the stars. A mermaid, a real life mermaid. I couldn’t believe my eyes. At first I just thought that Uncle Rocko was playing a prank.

The mermaid was beautiful and had luscious long hair. Which was the colour of a metallic blue. She also had a shell in her hair which was the colour of a very shiny gold. Her scales were wonderful. It was unique. It was like the darkest blue to the lightest. She glanced at me and Uncle Rocko. The thing that standed out the most to me was her colour. Her eye colour could change. At first when we first saw her she had brown and now she had blue. That was so strange.

The next night I stayed up just to see if it would come back again. I heard a splash and I rushed to the edge and I guess Uncle Rocko left his leftover sandwich on the edge. I heard someone singing again so once again I rushed out to the edge thinking it was the mermaid. When I went there it was just my Uncle Rocko’s Celine Dion playlist.I guess he forgot to turn his phone off. I waited all night and nothing happened so I decided to go to bed. Then I heard the singing and the splashing. I went to check one more time and there she was. She winked at me then went back down.

After that I haven't seen a mermaid ever again.

Did you like my story? I did but it's totally up to you. The beginning I had was from one of my teachers. This activity was me making a story using the starter I wanted. So I choose to do the mermaid one. I chose it because I sounded really interesting and my sister loves mermaids. Do you like mermaids? If you were to choose a name for it what would it be? Do you think mermaids are real? Tell in the comments!

Will it sink or float?

This experiment was awesome because I got to do it with my siblings! In this task I had to pick ten objects to test if they were gonna float or sink. I made a video to show if the things would float or sink. Doing it with my siblings made it fun and I hope do do another task just like this. Would you do this with your siblings? Also do you like to do fun things? I know I do. I hope you enjoy this and you can do it to!

Going to the Zoo

This is my Activity about going to the zoo. In this activity I needed to see how much it would cost to go to the zoo with a class of 30 and 3 adults. There were two ways to get the answer. One was the day pass and two was the annual zoo pass. I compared both of the prices together. They were 3 apart. I also had to write about three animals of the zoo. I picked the three best ones which are African Lions, Cheetahs and the Asian Elephant. Which ones do you like? How many times have you been to the zoo? What are you three best animals at the zoo? Comment down.I hope you enjoy this task.

Kangtahledi

Have you heard of the Kangtahledi? Well I’m guessing you haven’t. The Kangtahledi is a mix of four animals. The animals that create this one of a kind animal includes the head of a Diego, the body of the fastest animal in the world which is a Cheetah, a back leg of a Kangaroo and the front feet of an Elephant. That is how this creature is made.

This animal is an omnivore. Which means that it eats both meat and plants. You may have noticed that two of each animal is a carnival and a herbivore. So that is why it is an omnivore, because if it only eats meat then the power in the legs will not work. Then if it only eats plants then the body and head will not do well in the hot heat.

The Kangtahledi lives in the wonderful valley where it can get all of the things it needs. There are many trees and many animals to prey on. This place is wonderful for the Kangtahledi. The Kangtahledi loves to go for swims in during the summer.

The Kangtahledi adapti things like trees and a lot of the wildlife. The Kangtahledi also love home. It's made out of leaves and sticks. Now I know that sounds crazy but it's true.

Now that's all about the Kangtahledi for today. What did you learn about this animal? What four animals would you want to create to one? Did you learn something new? I hope you enjoy this article about the Kangtahledi.
