DAY 3: ENVIRONMENT & EXPLORATION

What is the water project? Well the water project is a company that helps people get clean water and toilets. The water project is also a big deal in Africa because without water girls are dropping out of school.There children are getting sick and lots more are happening. For example women are wasting time going and coming back just looking for clean water. Also up to 80 percent of water is dirty, but what they don't know is that the clean water they need is right beneath them. What are there goals? Well there goals are to put clean water pipes in countries who need it. The also give toilets to the countries how also need it. For this task I had to come up with four similes to four famous celebrities. The celebrities I choose were Sofie dossie,Usian bolt,Shelly-Ann and Lady gaga. Here are the similes. I had lots of fun doing this. My favorite celebrity is Usain Bolt.

Today for the summer learning journey teaser week,I created a profile page for Lorde. Here is the activity. Anyways If you don't know who that is she is a 23 year old New Zealand singer. She is famous because of her song royalty. .She is so amazing! Wow! I love her music. My favourite music band from New Zealand is six60. What is your favourite New Zealand one?
