Hauora Talk (Be Still)

 Today in Hauora we got to talk about being still.That doesn't just mean physically, but also mentally. As always we got to play a game. It was guess the icon. Miss Setefano would put up a icon, but only half of it. I tied first with Leylani and Nina. Anyway I learnt a lot about relaxing and more. I learnt to take some time out to breathe and focus on myself. I want to thank Miss Setefano for always taking out time to teach us these things. She has taught me lot's.
