Ingredients:

List the ingredients and how much you need of each item here:

cup of flour

1 cup of caster sugar

1 cup of rolled oats

1 cup of dessicated coconut

1\4 cup of golden syrup

125 grams of butter
1\2 teaspoon of baking soda

1 tablespoon of boiling water.

Instructions:

Give detailed instruction of each step you take to make ANZAC biscuits

First preheat your oven to 180 degrees so that it’s ready to go when you need it to bake the biscuit

Greece and line your baking tray with baking paper so it’s all ready to go. You don’t have to get it exactly all around the tray, but try and do your best.

Start by mixing the dry ingredients which are 1 cup of flour at first.
in the cup of caster sugar. Then a cup of rolled oats. Wow that sound great alrighty

After that you're going to pour in the cup of dessicated coconut and then mix it all together. Mix it really well.

Once you're done mixing, put that bowl to the side until you need it again.

Now put your 125 grams of butter into a saucepan along with your golden syrup.

Set the heat to low.

Start mixing it until all the butter has melted down. While you're doing that boil a jug of water.

You're going to pour some of the hot water you boiled into the baking soda cup. Stir it until you can tell that the baking soda has dissolved into the water. Which means you can’t see the baking soda.

You are then going to pour all of that liquid into the saucepan with the butter.

Now mix the ingredients that are inside of the saucepan together and it should smell delicious

After you’ve mixed it well you are going to get back to your dry mixture you made right at the beginning.

Then what you're going to do is pour in all of the butter mixture into the dry mixture.

Once you’ve poured it in, mix it well like you really want to have it now..

Wait hold on every time your cooking or baking something remember to always and I mean Also wash your hands for 20 seconds

After a few minutes of mixing them together, get as much batter as you can off the spoon and bowl and then start mixing with your hands. Like back in the day.

Once you feel like you have mixed it well enough, wash your hands once again.

Now once you have finished washing your hands you are going to get your baking tray and start getting chunks of the batter to mold into biscuits.

You have to get some batter, roll it up into a ball then place it in the tray. Then when it’s finished you’ll have nice circleur biscuits. Remember to do this until the batter runs out.

Make sure you put the balls spreaded out from each other and not close to the edges of the tray or else you will get biscuit on them and it will be one giant ANZAC biscuit .

Afterwards, get a cup and use the bottom of the cup to flatten the balls to make some flat circle shapes like a biscuit or cookie.

Then once you're done place the tray or trays into the oven. If you haven’t already set the oven to 180 degrees. Then set a timer for 20 minutes and let the biscuits do their thing.Which is cook . You can time it on your phone, a timer or on the timer that's on the oven. There are a lot of ways to do it.

Some ovens aren’t the same so just in case keep checking on your biscuits to see if it’s ready or not, even if the timers are still going please check. You will need this advice.

Maybe check after 15 minutes to make sure your biscuits are going good, by that I mean that it is perfect and not burnt.

If you think your biscuits are looking good take them out of the oven. It should look nice and crispy.

Let the biscuits cool down for at least 5 minutes.

Wash your hands again before the 5 minutes are over and you can touch your amazing biscuits again.

Now when they are cooled down you can eat it
