My favourite things

Talofa and Malo 'e leilei my name is Angelica and these are the important things in my life.


My culture is special to me because its part of me and I love being a Tongan. Family is another very important thing because they have been there for me my whole life. My family like my mum packs my lunch and my grandpa drives me to school. School is part of me because it has helped me spell and count and things I couldn't do. I never want to leave because school is fun and it is like home to me. Food is special to me because it taste good. My favourite food is pizza,ice cream and chicken.

Cross country video

As I was trudging too the start I felt nervous. Mr Burt exclaimed "on your marks go!' There was a loud slap. Everyone was trying o come first place but I jogged until some girls zoomed past me. I didn't give up and I gassed them.Some of them were slowing down so that game me time to boost past them and so I was coming fifth place.I was getting exhausted from jogging. Soon it was getting hotter. I was drying for water but I kept myself from stopping. I was so close tot the finish line but I was slowing down my brain was telling me that I was exhausted but I told my brain to be quiet. So I bolted thought the finish line and I was relieved that the race was over. I came 5 th place.

Elimination Tag

As I sat on the mat Miss King told the class that we were going to play on thee park. When we go there we had to sit on the cold wet grass. Mr Moran stood up and said " we are going to play a game of Elimination Tag. Everybody was so happy until Mr Moran shouted "There is a twist!". The twisted was that there were three people throwing dodge balls around the edge and if you were tagged  from the shoulder and down you were out. If you caught the ball you could get someone who was out back in the game, but if you didn't catch it properly you were out. Soon the teachers picked five people two were the taggers and the other three were the people who were throwing the balls at the people. If we got tagged we had to be honest or else you were out. The taggers were Adriana and Bryston and he people who were throwing the balls were Lincoln, Kamryn, and Ana. We started playing and I zoomed all over the place and my friends Kiarah and Julianna got tagged twenty minutes later. A few minutes later more people were going out. The more that people were getting out the harder the game was getting. Later I got tagged and I was out. Suddenly Seselia caught the ball and she choose me to get back in the game. Sadly I was out the second I stepped back in. Marius was the winner but he had a terrible accident. He slipped and banged his arm on the platform.


I liked the new Elimination Tag, but I wish I was one of the taggers or the people throwing dodge balls.

My duffy book

This is my new duffy book that is called The everything machine it was written by Ally Kennen. The reason why I choose this book is because it talk about two kids who want to build a everything machine.
