Today I will be telling you some things about the baby black caiman. A black caiman is part of the alligator family. Anyway here are some things you could learn about the baby black caiman.
Baby black caiman are reptiles just like their mothers. Before and after they hatch they squeal. It only takes them 10 minutes to get out of there eggs. This is the sad part. Once they are out of there eggs they only get a little amount of time to spend with their mother because their mother can not provide food for them to eat.
Most of the time the baby black caiman will stay together with each other because they do not want to be alone. If the baby black caiman is in trouble they will do a call and an adult black caiman will come and protect it, but once it is down they go back to the wild.
The baby black caiman is a reptile as I told you guys in the beginning. Which means it has scales or other things. It can blend very very well into the water it lives in. It’s eye’s are very cool because it is bright. Also make sure you are pretty far from a lake because you never know if one will jump out at you.
That is all of the things I know about the baby black caiman. Have you seen one before? I haven’t, but I would love to. Would you want one in your zoo? I would love to. That is all for today. Byee!
